In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätskultur am Standort Ottobrunn. Sie stellen die Einhaltung interner und externer Qualitätsanforderungen sicher und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Strukturen im Qualitätsumfeld voran.

Ihr Profil:

  • Verantwortung für qualitätsrelevante Kennzahlen (z. B. Scrap, CoPQ, PPM) inklusive Analyse, Steuerung und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung interner und externer Kundenreklamationen (z. B. 8D, FMEA)
  • Initiierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungs‑ und Optimierungsprojekten (z. B. Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Audits
  • Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeit von Qualitätsprozessen, Prüfplänen und QM‑Systemen (z. B. SAP QM)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Quality‑Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem Qualitäts‑ und Prozessbezug
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit Führungs‑ oder Steuerungsverantwortung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsmethoden und ‑standards (z. B. ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kennzahlensystemen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑, Moderations‑ und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
