Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung und Durchführung von Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Kundenabnahmen und Produktqualifizierungen.
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Kunden bei Qualitätsfragen, Audits und Abnahmeprüfungen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen, technischen Spezifikationen sowie Qualitätsstandards.
- Koordination aller beteiligten Fachbereiche während der FAT- und Abnahmephase.
- Bewertung von Qualitätsrisiken und Umsetzung geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen.
- Leitung von Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltige Problemlösung bei Qualitätsabweichungen.
- Unterstützung von Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) und Inbetriebnahmen beim Kunden.
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Quality Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
- Erfahrung in einem industriellen Fertigungsumfeld.
- Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmethoden wie ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, CAPA, MSA und SPC.
- Sicheres Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
