The Role

In this role, you will lead the strategy and lifecycle of a defined product portfolio within the Energy BU. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, ensuring financial success, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to update product roadmaps
• Develop business cases for new projects and resource allocation
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to end-of-life
• Drive innovation and new product introductions based on Voice of the Customer (VoC)
• Monitor portfolio performance (revenue, margin, market share) and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure successful execution and go-to-market strategies
• Support pricing strategies and margin optimization

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical discipline
• 7–10 years of product management experience in a global B2B environment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with proven ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders
• Experience with P&L responsibility and budget management
• Energy industry experience (Renewables, Utilities, Commercial & Industrial) is highly desirable
• Ability to build trust and influence across a matrixed organization
