Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Kundenanforderungen
  • Umfassende Betreuung externer sowie interner Kunden sowie Produktberatung (Kunden, technischer Support, Planung & Logistik, Vertrieb)
  • Unterstützung aller relevanten Themen der Auftragsabwicklung von Anfrage bis nach Auslieferung
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung neuer Prozesse und Systeme zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit, ECE
  • Voice of the customer

Anforderungen
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service/ Customer Care
  • sehr gute SAP Kenntnisse vorzugsweise SD
  • kundenorientiertes, selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • erfolgsorientiert, aufgeschlossen, organisiert, belastbar
  • Teamplayer und confident single Performer
  • Bereitschaft in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten
  • technisches Interesse und Verständnis
  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse unabdinglich
