The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment -- a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and harsh environments. Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Perform cash collection processing (sending reminders, communication via sales channel, direct interaction with customers and sales)
  • Execute dunning process
  • Prepare customer aging analysis
  • Research and resolve of customer dispute cases
  • Review clients credit risk and limit status and work with internal stakeholders to recommend changes to limits, including actions to block clients credit
  • Prepare Bad debt reserve calculation per corporate policy
  • Manage blocked sales orders and deliveries
  • Post incoming payments on customer account
  • Maintain customer accounts and reconciliation to identify unresolved/unpaid open items;
  • Handle and resolve escalated AR, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution

Qualification

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience in collections, disputes & credit management functions in a shared services environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in German
  • Good accounting background
