Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

In this all-round function, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers off the departments that you support regarding organizational and human development.

You enjoy coaching, advising and instructing them on a broad pallet of HR topics.  

You support through recruiting and selection process, performance management, teamwork, development, organization structure, change management, etc.

This function offers an opportunity for an initiative-rich and hands-on HR Business Partner.

Professionalizing of current processes and structuring and expand further team development in our innovative work organization are important. Together with the colleagues of HR and management team you translate the strategy of the organization into an HR strategy and implement this for your internal customer.

You maintain good relations with the social partners and a good internal communication is an important part of your function.

You contribute to the development and optimal performance of our employees and teams.

You enthusiastically support and advise our management in the use of HR tools.

Besides this daily support to your departments, you are also involved in or be the driver of special HR projects to optimize the current HR processes or to support and foster our further growth to an innovative work organization with self-organized teams.

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master (preferred with extra training on Human Resources)
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English
  • Practical hands-on mentality and be able to combine daily activities with driving different projects
  • Approachable adviser with feeling for the human and his/her development
  • You succeed in delivering a positive and motivating contribution to your departments in order to increase the engagement of employees, teams and coaches
  • Good practical knowledge of the social law
  • You can work independently, and you are solution focused
  • You are a teamplayer
  • You can handle information very integer and discrete
