Sales Operations Support & Administration (m/f/d)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives. We are searching for a commercial operations analyst with sales administration support to support our commercial transformation with two main activities:

 

Sales Operations Activities (50%):

• Prepare with the commercial leaders the weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews
• Schedule sales pipeline reviews and on-site/off-site/virtual meetings
• Create the business review presentations for the EMEA leadership team
• Support the commercial excellence manager with selective project work

Sales Admin Key Responsibilities (50%):

• Type, edit and proofread English internal announcement, documents and correspondence
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules
• Provide day-to-day administrative support
• Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and regional travel arrangements
• Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
• Team player - assist and provide coverage for other executive assistants as needed

What your background should look like:

• Working experience 10+ years in an administrative capacity; large corporation executive assistant experience preferred
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English minimum at C2 level mandatory/German optional)
• Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience to use Tableau or PowerBI; alternatively - ability to learn reporting systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
• Good organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
• Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
• High level of numeracy/attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Have a professional and flexible approach
• Ability to present self and confidently represent the company in a professional manner
