Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:


  • Function as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and drive the talent agenda. 
  • Work closely with Business Unit Head of HR, Business Leaders and respective HR Business Partners to establish specific functional talent/culture priorities.  
  • Drives organizational culture, engagement and incorporation of TE values and leadership vision, creating a healthy balance between business performance and employee engagement.  
  • Drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions, including stretch assignments, coaching or mentoring programs, technical and leadership training to retain and develop talent

What your background should look like: 


  • degree in Business Administration or similar 
  • many years of professional experience in an HR environment required. 
  • some years of experience as a global HR business partner 
  • Experience in organizational design, change leadership, talent management and organizational development. 
  • Experience working in global and/or international organizations required.  
  • Functional Expertise: Talent management, HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations (works council, working in multiple countries).  
  • Strong understanding of talent management programs/initiatives, including succession planning/talent planning, performance management, learning and development 
  • Ability to collaborate and mentor leaders across functions and cultures 
  • Results-oriented, sense of urgency and proactivity, strong willingness to collaborate and cooperate, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
