Job Overview

Die Instandhaltungsteams von TE Connectivity führen Reparaturen und vorbeugende Wartungsmaßnahmen durch zur Gewährleistung einer längeren Lebensdauer von Maschinen und Einrichtungen. Jedes Teammitglied ist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Organisation des Arbeitsbereichs sowie die Einhaltung der Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien (EH&S) und -verfahren von TE Connectivity.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

Verantwortung für die Wartungs-, Reparatur, Inspektionsarbeiten sämtlicher Produktionsanlagen (elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch)
Systemadministrator für das Instandhaltungsprogramm MAXIMO
Erstellen und Pflegen von TPM, bzw. WI-Plänen in MAXIMO
Datenpflege in MAXIMO
Auswerten aller relevanten Daten der Instandhaltung mit Hilfe von Hydra
Unterstützung bei der Planung von Anlagenumbauten und Anlagenmodifikationen
Anwendung der TPM Methodik
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams
Koordination von Fremdfirmen
Aufrechterhaltung des reibungslosen Betriebs der beiden Elektronenbeschleuniger (BEAM 1 +2)

What your background should look like:

Meister/Technikerausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Elektromechanik
Einschlägige Erfahrung im o.g. Aufgabenbereich
Erfahrung im Bereich Pneumatik / Hydraulik
Erfahrung in der Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik (SPS Siemens S7)
Uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft zur permanenten Weiterbildung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
