HR SUPPORT (m/f/d)

Job Overview

To support our HR Team at the Ottobrunn site (near Munich), we are looking for an HR Support (m/f/d) in part-time, 25 - 30 hours / week as soon as possible.

 

Flexible working is possible, both in terms of location and time, after prior agreement.

 

  • Handling defined HR processes via the ticket system SAP C4C incl. maintenance of our HR system SAP SuccessFactors as well as document creation 
  • Collaboration in organisational and administrative tasks of recruiting (e.g. applicant correspondence and administration)
  • Supporting the recruiting and hiring process in our HR systems
  • Close cooperation with our HR Service Centre for continuous process optimisation
  • Supporting internal and external customers (applicants, employees) on the phone (also in English)
  • General administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, creating purchase requisitions, mail, filing, etc.
  • System maintenance (personnel master data, evaluations in Excel, etc.)
  • Time & Attendance Officer: Maintenance of the ATOSS time recording system as well as first point of contact for employees and managers with questions
  • Preparatory activities for payroll accounting (checking tasks, list maintenance)  

What your background should look like:

  • Completed Apprenticeship in a commercial area; an additional qualification in personnel management (e.g. personnel clerk) is an advantage
  • First professional experience in operational personnel work
  • Experience with service center technologies, especially SAP C4C / SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of time management; ATOSS knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
  • High level of service orientation, commitment and dedication
  • Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
