Global Integrated Marketing Specialist, Channel Marketing - Remote EMEA

Job Overview

The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for the Energy Business Unit (BU) across all media. This role will focus primarily on shaping and running the integrated marketing strategy, programs and tools for our electrical distribution channel partners, which make up 55% of the overall business revenue stream. She/he will collaborate closely with team colleagues, Distribution Sales and Distribution Partners globally to prioritize, define, implement and track the effectiveness of coop-funded promotional activities. Additionally, she/he will act as the lead for branding and co-branding topics, supporting successful representation of the TE brand and product brands globally.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute on a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders. She/he have experience working in an international, matrixed organization and will be expert at communicating in written, oral and online forms. Fluency in English and German, further language skills are a plus. This position will report to the Director of Global Integrated Marketing


  • Understand the key drivers and levers for business success combined with customer insights, competitive intelligence, and internal business plans to define priorities and effective marketing content and programs.
  • Develop a Distribution Marketing framework for Energy channel partners, including the respective processes, guidelines, tools, marketing programs and KPIs.
  • In collaboration with Energy’s Distribution Sales, drive close partnerships with electrical distributors to better support business growth opportunities and leverage coop budgets through channel partners.
  • Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including other Marketing Team members, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution partner marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing programs across all media, including digital, web, social, print, video, and live and virtual events, that increase brand awareness, grow demand, enable sales and distributors and increase employee engagement.
  • Define and track metrics linked to marketing success and, leveraging analytics and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness, continuously adapt and improve messaging and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired business results.
  • Ensure correct representation of the TE brand in all distribution channels according to the co-branding guidelines.
  • Manage creative agencies and other outside vendors; where required, develop content for the company’s earned and owned communications channels.
  • Lead and/or support other marketing-related projects for the Energy BU or cross-BU as required, including liaising with the channel marketing teams of other BUs.
  • Some travel required post-pandemic.

Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or communications
  • 6+ years of integrated marketing experience in an international B2B or technology company with demonstrated success in distribution marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate strong business acumen and knowledge of market influences into effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print
  • Skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets
  • Analytical competency and ability to work with data.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems (SalesForce) and content management systems (AEM, Eloqua).
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
