Global Integrated Marketing Program Manager

Job Overview
  • Drive end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales and distribution partners, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement.
  • Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure successful development and execution of global product launches and regional marketing activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and continuously adapt and improve marketing programs, leveraging analytics and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and/or support other Energy marketing-related projects as required.
What your background should look like:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or communications
  • 3+ years marketing, digital or event marketing experience in an international environment
  • Highly skilled in project management and multi-tasking
  • Ability to deliver seamlessly across the marketing mix from digital to print
  • Experience providing direction to agencies and managing agency relationships and budgets
  • Highly proficient in English a must, German or French native speaker a plus
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems (SalesForce), content management systems (AEM, Eloqua),
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
