Job Overview

The FAT Supervisor EMEA plans, coordinates, and supervises Factory Acceptance Tests for energy products prior to customer delivery. The role ensures compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements and serves as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders during FAT activities.

Job Requirements

  • Plan and manage FAT schedules for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate test scope, procedures, and resources with Engineering, Quality, and Production.
  • Supervise FAT execution in line with approved procedures, contracts, and IEC/IEEE standards.
  • Lead customer FAT sessions, including coordination, safety, and communication.
  • Identify and manage deviations and non‑conformities; issue and follow up on NCRs.
  • Prepare and maintain FAT reports, protocols, and acceptance documentation.
  • Communicate test results, issues, and progress to project teams and management.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of FAT and quality processes.

What your background should look like

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in the energy sector or related industries.
  • Experience in testing, quality, commissioning, or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with test equipment.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High quality and safety mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA (10–30%).
  • Fluent English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
