CNC router / precision mechanic

Job Requirements

• Accurate and independent reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Efficient setup and configuration of 3-axis milling machines with Siemens One or comparable controls
• Independent creation, optimization, and commissioning of CNC programs directly on the machine
• Professional preparation and selection of various materials for the manufacturing process
• Creative and solution-oriented design of fixtures and tools in close coordination with the design department

What your background should look like

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking field, e.g., as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining, ideally in individual part production
• Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience in setting up and operating 3-axis milling machines (Siemens One or comparable controls)
• Confident use of CAM software and basic knowledge of CNC programming
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate with design and other departments
• Fluent in written and spoken German
• High sense of responsibility and careful handling of machines, tools, and company inventory
