Job Overview


We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist /Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in Oostkamp. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be part of the local HR Team and collaborate with them on challenging projects. The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies and effective talent pool management.

Your responsibilities include using various channels to attract potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs, as well as shortlisting relevant candidates based on the business needs and role specifications, providing relevant feedback and reporting out on recruitment activities.

  • Interactie met potentiële kandidaten op sociale media en professionele netwerken (bv LinkedIn)
  • Coördineren met managers en hiring managers om functie-eisen en sourcingstrategie te bepalen tijdens kick-off calls
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de managers tijdens het wervingsproces
  • Identificeren van gekwalificieerde kandidaten met behulp van verschillende sourcingstechnieken (bv Google X-Ray)
  • Plaaten van vacatures op het bedrijfsportaal, de lokale jobsite en andere sites
  • Rapporteren over de uitdagingen en oplossingen
  • Opstellen en versturen van communicatiemails voor kandidaten
  • Coaching van kandidaten gedurende de volledige ‘candidate experience’: van pre-screening tot (actieve) aanwerving, tijdens sollicitatiegesprekken en het volledige proces
  • Screenen en interviewen van kandidaten via telefoon / MS Teams
  • Talentpijplijnen ontwikkelen voor toekomstige wervingsbehoeftes
  • Promoten van het interne Employee Referral Program, bij zowel eigen medewerkers als externe netwerken
  • Kandidaten database onderhouden
  • Communiceren met eerdere sollicitanten over nieuwe vacatures
  • Promoten van ons werkgeversmerk, zowel online als offline
  • Fungeren als ‘Single Point Of Contact’ voor het management
  • Definiëren van de wervingsstrategieën en het opbouwen van een talentpijplijn: de beste kandidaten identificeren en proactief opzoeken



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or similar field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role either for a recruitment agency or in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and Candidate Relationship Management Tools (CRM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Fluent English and Dutch is necessary
