Functieomschrijving

Als matrijstechnicus in de afdeling molding sta je in voor het onderhoud en de ombouw van spuitgietmatrijzen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding van de productie en maakt zo mee het verschil.
 

Jouw taken

  • Je staat in voor het onderhouden, ombouwen naar andere codering, herstellen en optimeren van spuitgietmatrijzen.
  • Onderdelen voorbereiden, voorzien van nodige bewerkingstappenplan en opdrachten doorgeven aan toolshop.
  • Je geeft de nodige ondersteuning om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Je zorgt voor voldoende kennisoverdracht naar collega’s bij ondernomen acties.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving.
  • In het kader van opleiding zal je starten doorheen de week in wisselploeg (5u tot 13u en 13u tot 21u afwisselend elke week), na de opleiding kan later overgeschakeld worden naar de weekendploeg (dag).

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technisch (A2) diploma of compenseert dit met relevante ervaring.
  • Je oefent geduld uit als de beste en gaat heel gestructureerd om met fijn werk.
  • Je analyseert problemen en gaat logisch te werk.
  • Ervaring in matrijsonderhoud of matrijsbouw is een troef maar zeker geen must. Met behulp van een intern opleidingstraject kan je je stap per stap ontplooien tot een top matrijstechnicus.
  • Je hebt de nodige kennis om technische tekeningen (digitaal) te lezen en te begrijpen of je staat ervoor open om je hierin te verdiepen.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou steeds op de eerste plaats bij het uitvoeren van jouw werk.
  • Fijn werk schrikt jou niet af, het haalt net het beste in jou naar boven.
