Overzicht:

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van diverse verbeteringsprojecten binnen de afdeling teneinde de beheersystemen en processen te optimaliseren en bij te dragen aan een efficënte werking binnen de afdeling. 

Taken:

  • Binnen de afdeling DW heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Uitvoeren van diverse verbeteringsprojecten binnen de afdeling teneinde de beheersystemen en processen te optimaliseren en bij te dragen aan een efficënte werking binnen de afdeling
    • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpersoon bij problemen met de systemen en processen binnen de afdeling.
    • Meevolgen van infosessies en trainingen die regionaal worden georganiseerd met het oog op implementatie van verbeteringen in de bestaande bedrijfsprocessen.
    • Analyseren van fouten/problemen binnen de afdeling en definiëren van acties tot verbetering.
    • Definiëren en omzetten van verbeterprojecten.
    • Opmaken van trainingsmateriaal en de gebruikers trainen en ondersteunen in het gebruik van nieuwe of gewijzigde toepassingen.
    • Zichzelf continu op de hoogte houden van de evoluties binnen het vakgebied.
    • Proactieve samenwerking met andere afdelingen, het Warehouse Center of Excellence (WH CoE)-team en CI-teams op andere locaties.

Uw profiel:

  • Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Engineering of of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in continuous improvement of logistieke activiteiten
  • Sterke kennis van SAP (en WMS/TMS-systemen)
  • Vaardigheid in statistische tools (bijv. Minitab, advanced Excel)
  • Ervaring met simulatieprogramma’s is een plus
  • Goede kennis van Lean / Six Sigma-methodologieën
  • Proactieve, hands-on mindset met sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
