The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment -- a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and harsh environments. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key responsabilities:

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics,
  • Support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Krakow,
  • Oversee escalated AR, cash applications, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution,
  • Oversee region’s receivables collection activities, including unique collections plans, bankruptcy or special action notices and placement of accounts with collection agencies,
  • Provide local Finance Directors/Controllers with bad debt reserve recommendations per corporate policy,
  • Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery,
  • Perform regular performance evaluations of staff members,
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes,
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.


  • 4+ years of relevant experience,
  • Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred,
  • Prior experience in managing the O2C function in a shared services environment,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Command of other European languages an asset,
  • Strong accounting background.

Job Overview

In order to drive efficient back office operations, TE Connectivity will establish two regional shared service centers to support centralized processing of select finance functions including Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

This position will report to the O2C Process Delivery Lead and lead O2C teams in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, Credit, Dispute Management and any other related managerial and decision activities. Key attributes of this role include:

  • Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units
  • Deep understanding of end to end O2C processes and associated technology platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel
