Plant Operation Controller

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
What your background should look like:

Main activities:

  • Ensure industrial management control: inventory and stock monitoring, budget control, standard cost price gap analysis - actual costs,
  • Validation of standard costs, calculation of hourly rates,
  • Track R&D and CAPEX costs,
  • Achieve the real reporting, the forecast and the budget,
  • Track company assets,
  • Distribute dashboards respecting Group deadlines,
  • Be the field referent for operational staff to support them daily in the knowledge and mastery of the process for which they are responsible,
  • Guarantee the reliability of internal control and change procedures if necessary,
  • Be proactive in the process of continuous improvement and optimization of activity costs,
  • Respect and ensure compliance with the instructions and procedures of Quality and safety as well as the application of operating procedures and service standards.

Requirements:

  • 10 years experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of the industrial environment,
  • Imperative command of Excel and management tools (SAP, Business Object, Hyperion),
  • Fluent English, French would be an asset,
  • Analytical mind,
  • Management control techniques,
  • Know how to prepare and present a reporting, a forecast budget,
  • Ability to take initiatives,
  • Interpersonal skills,
  • Rigor, autonomy and organization (respect of deadlines),
  • Integrity - Respect for ethics and values.
