Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

TE Subcom in Newington has an IT Development department that supports applications across all areas of the local business including finance, manufacturing, quality, and testing. The department is also responsible for the development of applications that are used in the Eatontown R&D facility to assist in modeling system performance, integration of manufacturing data into project records, and Customer deliverable reports. This position reports to the System Engineering and Test Manager. The intern will be able to grow their experience in an IT development role


Responsibilities:
•Intern will use application developement
•Intern will help with database management and maintenance
•Intern will generate reports and write software to drive test equipmement

Qualifications:
•canidate will be a university junior or senior pursing a Computer Science degree
•Experiance in C base languages (e.g., C sharp, C++), Sequel database knowledge, and programming knowledge in the windows environment
•Canidate must have good interpersonal skills and the desire to grow into a key member of the team.
•Canidate will use critical thinking to improve task goals,
•Canidate will have the ability to interface in a multi-functional environment,
•Canidate will be able to take on multiple tasks concurrently
