Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

TE Connectivity is looking to hire into a variety of Manufacturing positions throughout our organization. Manufacturing operators and technicians are an integral part of our organization and we are committed to hiring the right talent to grow and develop within our organization. 


The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of TE SubCom's products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Flexibility to respond to multiple assignments.
  • Ability to learn a variety of Cable Assembly processes and to qualify on these processes with reliable success.
  • Ability to work independently and follow customer specifications, SPIM’s, and EI’s.
  • Willingness to take direction, accept increased responsibility and be accountable for their actions.
  • Ability to use a variety of measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Quality conscious attitude with emphasis towards teamwork to accomplish department safety and production goals.
  • Ability to work overtime to support production requirements.
  • Candidates must be willing to work any shift based on company demands
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with good communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and/or climbing and working at heights. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 40 pounds. Anything heavier than 40 pounds would require additional assistance.
