Manages day-to-day activities, leads maintenance team, programs, and processes, prioritizes work, performs inspections, and oversees maintenance work to ensure quality.

Job Requirements

• Planning, coordinating, and scheduling daily maintenance operations, rearrangement projects, and managing health, safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
• Managing all the contractors, leading all maintenance processes and operations, maintaining machines to their operational standards, and monitoring repairs and installation activities.
• Inspecting facilities for safety, fire protection, and code compliance, overseeing building and systems modification and rearrangement projects.
• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation throughout their facility, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
