Job Overview

The Supplier integration analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and reports related to supplier performance, deliveries, MOQs, Lead times, and Overdue etc.

The position will also be preparing monthly SIOP reports on tracking supply vs. demand situations, together with the main supplier KPIs, such as on-time delivery and VMI score. This role will focus on identifying and highlighting critical constraints, identifying risks related to supplier deliveries.

The analyst will also have the opportunity to support the supplier integration, Supply chain, and procurement teams with direct contact with the supplier in the APAC / ANZ region (negotiate delivery improvement, work on root cause analysis, and propose improvement action plans).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular analysis and reports about various aspects related to suppliers
  • Prepare Monthly SOE reports, tracking demand vs. capacity situation, main KPIs, and action plans
  • Drill down and identify critical supplier constraints
  • Summarize the supplier impacts on shortages, inventory, and lead time
  • Participate in the standardization and automation of various reports for the procurement team
  • Support with direct contact with suppliers in the APAC / ANZ region

 

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics / reporting +3 years
  • Experience in vendor planning and/or procurement functions +2 years
  • Experience with SAP +2 years
  • Experience working with suppliers +2 years
  • SOE / SIOP / Forecasting activities exposure would be an advantage
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis (advanced knowledge of Excel).
  • Experience with SAP related to supply chain/planning aspects
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other automation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Needs to be detail-oriented with a given importance to accuracy.
  • Excellent presentation skills, oral, and with presentation support (PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams and external suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and following drumbeats and deadlines effectively.
  • Lean/continuous improvement experience would be a plus
    Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet necessary deadlines, and travel when necessary.
  • Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.
