Job Requirements

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence.
• Lead demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning to ensure alignment across customers, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital, and service performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and effective issue resolution.\
• Drive logistics and distribution improvements to enhance delivery performance, cost efficiency, and supply network effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and digital solutions to improve forecasting, planning, and overall supply chain performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives.

What your background should look like

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership of regional or global teams.
• Strong background in planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• APICS/ASCM (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Energy, Industrial, Electronics, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar planning systems.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, digitalization, or ERP initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
