Job Overview

The focus is on compliance within product design/development, sourcing, and procurement processes, specifically regarding how well our suppliers meet our compliance requirements. This compliance pertains to sustainability, including social aspects and part of the environmental pillars, and requires subject matter expertise. Candidates for these roles will be familiar with these nuanced differences. For example, experts in responsible sourcing would not apply to roles with a job description focused on strategic sourcing.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FOR THE ROLE:

Develop playbook – the how, what, when, where, and why of SC Compliance
Develop Responsible Sourcing program (audits) – defined protocol & rubric
Develop Responsible Minerals & Materials program w/FMD – reduced ad hoc & complexity
Develop supplier remediation & capacity building program- required & missing
Develop supplier & procurement training – required & adds clarity
Embed supplier compliance & reporting into BU & procurement – clarity & accountability
Digital Platform Management – between our own, procurement, and TEIS
