Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the business and Planning Team. Their responsibilities are to collaborate with planners in managing stock replenishments from multiple TE Plants to Distribution Centres, maintain adequate inventory levels, and facilitate timely order delivery to customers.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Planner(s) in procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants.
  • Assist and support Planner(s) in executing manual delivery orders and reviews with customer care.
  • Analyse, assist, and support Planner(s) to resolve critical exception messages, PO clean up, and monitoring of shipments.
  • Assist and support Planner(s) in executing Premium Freight, Sample Order, stock movement, and expedited fee calculation.
  • Assist and support Planner (s) in reports related to operational efficiencies and KPI monitoring
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the team.

 

Job Qualifications:

Educational Degree:

  • Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience (years in what processes and functions)

  • SAP (or other ERP software) – 0-1 year
  • Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 0-1 year
  • Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 0-1 year

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.
