Job Overview
A person who is involved in process improvement, streamlining, and simplifying Supply Chain planning processes. Main responsibility is to drive the project for cost-efficiency and productivity. Can lead collaboration across a cross-functional team to deliver results and project completion. The role will also play a supporting role to the planning & logistics team, as needed, on issue resolutions, root cause analysis, report automation, and developing planning tools.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead a project(s) that directly contribute to, but not limited to, Logistics cost reduction, Inventory reduction, etc.
- Maintain & report KPIs related to Freight, Duty, Warehousing, and Inventory to drive stakeholder engagement & action
- Act as a liaison between regional supply chain leaders, Global Logistics, and Finance to collect known headwinds, tailwinds, and cost reduction projects for inclusion in the quarterly consensus forecast
- Track attainment to forecast monthly, including Pareto analysis of any misses & gap closure plan
- Challenge existing targets & identify opportunities for further improvements by partnering with the Global Logistics & Global Trade Services organizations
- Drive adherence & standardization in the Premium Freight approval workflow, including training, specific guidelines for customer liability, and data input and reconciliation at the regional level
- Collaborate with the Master Data team to review and maintain system parameters in accordance with the latter.
- Create innovation and digitize reports for better data presentation and action determination. Performs any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members of the Integrated Supply Chain Planning Hub.
- Identifying key improvement priorities to streamline and simplify SC processes while looking for digitization opportunities.
- Process flow and standard Supply Chain Planning process documents creation and maintenance.
- Key member of the global lean committee; to share best practices, conceptualize process improvement cases, and lead global projects and activities.
- Take the role as internal process consultant to assistant Supply Chain team in resolving process issues.
Job Qualifications:
Educational Degree:
- Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
Professional Experience (years in what processes and functions):
- Project management skills/Diploma or certificate
- +5 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including Logistics, Inventory management, and Replenishment planning.
- Understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.
- SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
- Understanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
- Knowledge in Analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Lead and drive a project with cross functional team.
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.

What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
