Job Overview

The Demand Planning Lead, as part of the S&OP team and the Philippines hub, leads the day-to-day execution and quality of demand planning activities performed by the Demand Analyst team. The role ensures accurate, timely, and consistent demand plans across assigned regions, customers, locations, and product lines. 

He/She serves as the primary operational connection between the Demand Analyst team and the ENG Demand Hub Leader, communicating priorities, progress, risks, capacity constraints, and support needs. The role maintains strong 
alignment with regional demand planners, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and other SIOP stakeholders. 

The Demand Planning Lead provides hands-on coverage when needed, ensures critical tasks are completed during absences or workload peaks, and leads cross-functional and continuous-improvement projects assigned to the hub through timely completion and effective stakeholder communication. 

Job Requirements

  •  Lead daily Demand Analyst execution by translating hub priorities into clear assignments, deadlines, quality standards, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage team workload, capacity, coverage, and development while providing hands-on support during absences, transitions, or business peaks.
  • Ensure recurring demand-planning activities and outputs are accurate, complete, consistent, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain proactive communication with the Demand Hub Leader on progress, capacity, risks, escalations, data issues, and decisions required.
  • Partner with regional planners and cross-functional stakeholders to align consensus forecasts and communicate material demand changes, risks, opportunities, and actions.
  • Monitor forecast performance, accuracy, bias, and variance; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Deliver timely, decision-ready materials for Demand Review, MBR, Pre-SIOP, and SIOP meetings.
  • Lead assigned hub projects and continuous-improvement initiatives, including planning, milestone tracking, escalation, stakeholder updates, and closure.
  • Maintain standardized processes, reliable master data, and alignment across SAP, IBP, Salesforce, Excel, and other approved tools.
  • Comply with TE policies, confidentiality requirements, process discipline, and responsible people-leadership expectations

What your background should look like

  •  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. APICS certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Demand Analysis, or Supply Chain Planning, including demonstrated experience coordinating work, leading projects, 
    coaching others, or serving as a subject-matter lead. Experience supporting S&OP, Demand Review, and global cross-functional planning processes planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead daily work, coach teams, coordinate priorities, and deliver accurate results on time.
  • Strong analytical and project leadership skills, including root-cause analysis, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and action closure.
  • Hands-on experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP/ERP, JDA, or similar tools; advanced Excel and analytics capabilities required.
  • Ability to translate complex data and AI-enabled insights into clear recommendations, scenarios, and decisions.
  • Clear communicator and presenter who works effectively across functions, cultures, and global hub environments; fluent in English.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with the agility to manage changing 
    priorities in a high-mix, low-volume business.
  •  Accountable, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following and reinforcing standard processes.
