This role will establish and maintain data governance standards, ensure data quality and integrity, and leverage analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Governance & Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain master data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Identify, collect, validate, cleanse, enrich, and standardize master data from multiple business systems and sources.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure and improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, IT, and data owners to define master data requirements and governance processes.
• Support the adoption, maintenance, and enhancement of Master Data Management (MDM) systems and tools.
• Ensure data consistency across enterprise applications, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on data governance, master data standards, and best practices.

Data Analytics & Process Automation

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop automated solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, UiPath, and other automation platforms.
• Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to generate actionable business insights.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Support AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing, validating, and analyzing datasets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, supply chain teams, IT, database administrators, and architecture teams to understand data and process requirements.
• Lead or participate in data-related projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Support the integration and testing of new data sources, systems, and digital tools.
• Present analytical findings, recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Document data processes, governance standards, methodologies, and automation solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, analytics trends, AI solutions, and data management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and master data processes.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data transformation, ETL development, and data integration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and VBA.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
