Job Overview

Job Requirements
- Create 3-D Models, Create Engineering Orders, Implement Drawing Changes, proficient with use of CAD systems (CREO preferred).
- Re-designs, engineers and modifies existing products from information or input provided by marketing, customers, development engineers or other personnel.
- Root cause and corrective action assistance on design related issues which have resulted in customer complaints, manufacturing, or supplier rejections.
- Maintains existing products, processes, and specifications including modifications for new applications consistent with manufacturing techniques.
- Knowledge of connector components and materials in the aerospace industry.
- Exposure to test-lab environments and procedures.
- Must be a self-managed team player with superior time management skills.
- Proficient in communication skills as well as fluent in English.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Aerospace experience is preferred
- 3+ years experience

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $87,400 -95,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
