Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Total Rewards teams develop, implement, and evaluate the company's employee total rewards programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Global HR Solutions Total Rewards team, this position supports TE’s global compensation market intelligence and global job framework initiatives as well as compensation projects.  This position closely partners with others on the Total Rewards team and the HR Solutions team to align scalable compensation processes and tools with the needs of TE’s businesses.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources highlighting conclusions for the broader Total Rewards team to make informed decisions
  • Point of contact for process and technical set-up of compensation data management application
  • Conduct annual survey participation process for 60+ countries in collaboration with external vendors
  • Support the on-going verification of benchmark practices
  • Assist in the refinement of TE’s global job framework reference guides, tools and training materials
  • Support global incentive plan administration and compensation program/practice repository
  • Research trends in global compensation topics and support global compensation activities
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of compensation, analysis or finance experience; or equivalent education and experience mix
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on global cross-cultural teams
  • Solid analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with compensation data management applications a plus
