Technical Product Support Specialist

Our Technical Product Support Specialists interact with customers, internally and externally to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales inquiries about the installation, operation, configuration, customizations and usage of assigned products. What you will be doing…

As a member of our Product Information Center you will be solving challenges that build long lasting relationships both internally and externally. You will be exposed to many different industries and all of the products that TE Connectivity manufacturers.  The role is centered around problem resolution, promoting our products and services as well as investigating and resolving customer inquiries while providing an Extraordinary Customer Experience.

As a Technical Product Support Specialist, a typical day may include:

  • Communicating via email, phone and chat feature to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Answering technical questions regarding a specific product.
  • Promoting TE’s products.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and creating revenue

What your background should look like…

  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in the Technical/Electronic Industry
  • Customer service experience or customer interfacing skills

Nice to have:

  • Strong Customer Service experience.
  • Some Sales experience preferred
