Job Overview

The Supply Chain Finance Manager serves as the strategic partner to the following business functions:

  • Materials & Logistics
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Footprint & Migrations
  • Manufacturing Develop Engineering / Sustaining Engineering
  • Quality
  • EHS
  • TEOA

In addition to solid financial and accounting background, the holder of this role is expected to actively engage with the above business functions to develop and implement strategic direction and to provide key insights to cost performance, risks/opportunities, and risk mitigation to ensure the business achieves or exceeds financial plan.

Responsibilities & Qualifications


  • Partner to operation function leaders
  • Coordination functions for various business reviews (QBR, Deep Dive, MOR)
  • Footprint, migrations, restructuring & outsourcing
  • Sustaining Engineering support
  • Customer complaint tracking, Quality, CoPQ
  • Freight & Duty reporting and analysis
  • Inventory analytics, reporting and control, DC inventory scrap management
  • Strategic Sourcing, Outside Vendor Management
  • Material Productivity improvements and monitor
  • Central Ops spending control
  • Costing for TE non-APL mfg. and trading US and EMEA region
  • Budgets and forecasts for area of responsible for
  • Functions CER review and investment control


  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting. An MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years financial and accounting experience; operation finance experience is preferred
  • Strong business analysis skills with an ability to "see the big picture" and anticipate future consequences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills 
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated successes as a business partner in supporting business initiatives, goals and objectives
  • Positive and energetic approach with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Culturally sensitive with international experience 
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
