Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Overview

As a member of the Global Automotive Marketing team, the Sr Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for driving digital marketing strategy and execution for the automotive BU. 

This position reports to the global head of marketing, automotive and is responsible for defining, managing and executing the digital marketing strategy, including account-based marketing, TE.com, SEM, SEO, display, social, and email. The role will ensure a best-in-class customer experience and effective digital programs that generate awareness, engagement, leads and ultimately business growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading digital marketing, driving successful digital campaigns, displaying compelling content and have a keen eye for technical excellence. She/he will be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute on a broad spectrum of digital projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders globally. 

Job Responsibilities

•    Create and manage effective integrated – and data driven – marketing campaigns across digital and social channels, including managing day-to-day campaign adjustments to continuously improve targeting and campaign performance.
•    Partner with segment digital team to provide strategy, execution, and optimization across all digital channels – SEO, SEM, email, social, and web.
•    Develop global contact and lead nurture strategy leveraging marketing automation and behavior-based triggers 
•    Partner with regional marketing to develop digital and account-based marketing strategy 
•    Make recommendations for technology and digital capabilities that will enable us to deliver a highly personalized customer experience across all channels
•    Develop paid and organic search strategy that will increase our findability, conduct keyword research and manage process to optimize content
•    Own the Auto website pages, defining and executing SEO-rich content, AEM page development, interlinking, page tagging, taxonomy, and more for optimal findability, usability and experience.
•    Develop a digital learning agenda by conducting A/B and multivariate testing and implementing other test and learn methodologies 
•    Use Adobe Analytics data to identify and fix gaps in content and product data.
•    Define KPIs and regularly report on digital marketing performance, leveraging data from multiple sources (Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Sprinklr, Google, …) and providing recommendations for strategic planning, prioritization and budget spend.
•    Monitor digital trends and challenge existing approaches to innovate and drive continuous improvement and more personalized customer experiences across channels.
•    Manage external and internal service providers and agencies

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field
•    At least 7 years experience in B2B digital marketing
•    Global experience preferred
•    Strong business acumen with experience and understanding of analytics that drive market strategy and campaign effectiveness
•    Experience with the full marketing mix across paid, owned, and earned channels
•    Experience with CRM, MAP, and ABM platforms 
•    Good knowledge of copy that converts through social, email and website content (titles, CTAs) 
•    Proficient in Adobe marketing tools, experience with content publishing, social media posting, targeting and listening (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr), SEO/search (SEMrush, Google AdWords), ABM, CRM and Sales and Marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Tableau), and proficient in MS Office. Google Ads certification a plus.
•    An expert communicator with the ability to articulate business strategies and technical concepts both in written and verbal form
•    Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead virtual teams containing senior colleagues
•    Strong project management skills

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $133,200 – $166,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
