Job Overview

This position will be responsible for providing leadership to IT development teams that architect and implement solutions using Salesforce.com. Individual will liaison with business and development teams to build technology strategies and roadmaps and convert them into robust world class solutions. Candidate will establish best practices and guidelines for the development team to implement solutions that solve business problems.  Position is part of the Digital Customer Solutions team focused on providing continuous innovations and enhancements to TE Connectivity’s sales, marketing and service teams. Individual will have the opportunity to build integrated solutions on Salesforce.com sales cloud, service cloud and other related offerings. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with business to understand their needs and formulate technology strategy to address the needs.
  • Understand and leverage TE’s technology stack of Salesforce.com, Eloqua, MuleSoft and related technologies.
  • Liaison between TE business functions (sales, marketing and customer care) and development teams to translate strategies into robust solutions
  • Design and develop technical proposals, usability studies, software evaluations, technical qualifications and buy vs. build recommendations as needed
  • Serve as a technical advisor and influence TE in optimizing the use of our product suite to deliver solutions for sales, marketing and customer service business areas.
  • Partner with various teams including other IT teams to execute integration projects.
  • Performance manage vendor partners to ensure high level of quality and efficiency of delivery.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt and learn emerging technologies in this space. Challenge self and team to innovate and keep up with market trends.
