Job Overview

This position coordinates with Customer Journey Management (CJM) Leadership and Functional Leaders to drive an engaged and informed workforce, assisting with the creation of a Sales Culture within the organization while also coordinating all sales related activities (contests, incentives, KPIs and driving the cultural transformation in partnership with HR). Critical areas of focus for this position include Planning and Partnering with our external vendor for Sales and Compensation Execution Measurement.  This position is responsible to ensure the adoption with broad stakeholder audiences on key CJM programs through a myriad of communication vehicles and venues (e.g. Technologies’ Dashboards, Digital Displays, Visual Management, Town Hall Meetings, Newsletters, SharePoint Sites and Global Meetings, etc.).  The Sales Coordinator also develops insightful communication material, enabling an effective communication cascade for CJM Goals, Strategies, Programs and Performance for CJM.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Culture Transformation through daily, weekly monthly quarterly Sales initiatives, Go Meeting agendas, coordination with Training, Master Sales Activities and KPI Calendars and visual display of same.
  • Coordinate all Partner & Event Management to reinforce the Sales Culture.
  • Celebrate successes and initiatives, including short-term & long-term incentives to enhance overall Team Performance and Engagement.
  • Coordinate with Cross Functional team across TE to drive initiatives.  Keep everyone informed of progress, challenges and needs.
  • Drive and reinforce Reward & Recognition and contests to keep momentum alive.
  • Coordinate with multiple functions across TE and communicate CJM results, insights, metrics and other critical KPIs - ready for executive level reviews (Business Units) and scheduled updates.
  • Build executive presentations all CJM efforts and strategies.
  • Build department wide communication related to all aspects of the CJM organization.
  • Be the Public Relations Coordinator for CJM across TE.
Your Profile
  • 3-5 year’s experience as Sales Coordinator, with a strong background working with executives.
  • Demonstrated experience to leverages computer applications & tools to design, develop and present/communicate Sales Campaigns, Incentives & Performance Results to multiple audiences (executives, leaders and Sales associates).  Examples of computer applications and tools used includes Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator (Infographics & Presentation Visuals), etc.  Microsoft TEAMS & SharePoint experience a plus
  • Uses interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate & navigate across groups, e.g. executives, stakeholders, leaders and front-line.
  • Demonstrated experience bringing creativity and new ideas to a Sales Coordination role, aligned to driving sales and Extraordinary Customer Experience performance.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines for sales coordination support and communication requests.
  • Possesses strong verbal & written communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates resilience and prefers an environment that embraces speed.
  • Is flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays as-needed.

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Business / Marketing /Sales or related area
