•    Designing and conceptualizing the product per the customer's needs to create innovative and customer-winning products.
•    Overseeing the product's quality, reviewing the design layout, and leading the implementation of the fixes.    
•    Monitoring the effectiveness of the training programs and designing the future-ready training plan for the employees for upskilling.    
•    Ensuring that all the organization's procedures comply with the regulatory standards.

What your background should look like

Generally, requires bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
