An Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving ICT’s strategy and growth targets through a passion to identify and serve, while having the aspiration to develop their career.

 

Main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Grow customer relationships through lead generation, and build an opportunity pipeline, by prospecting and nurturing customers and driving customer loyalty
  • Offer solutions to customers that add value
  • Become an expert on the ICT value proposition
  • Be the expert small and medium businesses
  • Be accountable
  • Delivering an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on TE products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer.
  • Outbound calling (cold and warm) to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts
  • Growing and nurturing customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value to drive Sales. 
  • Creating customer profiles in SFDC, notes, ppt, adding new contacts, get to know the customer, etc.
  •  Responding to customer with technical specifications to meet their application needs.
  •  Negotiate customer terms and conditions.

 

This will be a remote role. Candidate must be locate close to a TE Location. 

What your background should look like:

 

Position Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Ability to work as an individual or part of an account team
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to assist in all aspects of their business
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Analytical and structured thinking with an ability to understand customers request
  • Self-sufficient; Ability to work with little supervision
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change priorities and strategies based on business conditions; Flexibility Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required                                                                    Working knowledge of SAP preferred

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive annual base salary commensurate with experience: $61000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
