Job Overview

HYBRID ROLE

 

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

 

TE Connectivity's Center of Excellence Team (COE) provides operational support and process leadership for the Customer Service Organization.   The Continuous Improvement Analyst role will own and maintain various strategic initiatives and programs. 
   
Responsibilities
•    Design, implement, and maintain a structured approach to document management.
•    Design, implement, and maintain an internal training program for customer service.
•    Represent Customer Service in future audits and own any corrective actions
•    Organize programs to promote customer service across the business unit
•    Execute various daily/weekly/monthly administrative activities
•    Support with ad-hoc projects and activities
•    Coordinate engagement efforts across the teams
 

What your background should look like:

Education / Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but HS/GED with equivalent work experience will be considered.
•    3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, or similar role
•    Experience with project management and ISO Documentation policies
•    Lean/Six Sigma certification or proven experience implanting CI projects preferred

 

Skills & Competencies
•    Proficient with SAP, Salesforce, and all MS office (strong Word, Power Point & Excel including formulas, pivot tables, charts; etc.)
•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
•    Strong interpersonal skills: Motivates and rallies cross-functional teams
•    Sense of urgency, analytical and able to multi-task in fast passed environment
•    Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
•    Ability to work with limited supervision

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $56,100k - $84,100k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
