Job Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR support to several D&D Functions, including Product Management (Micro-markets), Business Development, Marketing, and Strategy.
In this role, the HR Partner will support the development and execution of a broad range of human resources initiatives to enable Talent, Organization, Culture, and Leadership outcomes that support the BU strategy.
The position will report to the D&D HRVP and collaborate heavily with D&D functional leaders, HRBPs, and the broader HR ecosystem.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to think and work globally within a complex environment to enable business outcomes through people and organization initiatives.
This position can be based remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- I am part of the D&D HR team, which supports micro-markets PM, business development, marketing, and strategy.
- Support project-based work on business-critical strategic imperatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics as they apply to client groups, assist in developing proactive actions, and act upon them to support business objectives and people strategy further.
- Assist leaders in determining the organization's needs and developing workforce, learning, and development plans to grow and develop the team.
- Utilize project management methodology and governance tools to manage, track, and create alignment across initiatives, teams, and regions.
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of partners to deliver HR initiatives required to drive the business imperatives effectively.
- Enable employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities. Support employee engagement pulse surveys and address critical action items.
- Provide timely resolution to critical issues as well as the ability to focus on key strategic initiatives.
What your background should look like:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / HR KNOWLEDGE:
- A bachelor’s degree or above or a business / HR-related major is preferred.
- Typically requires 5+ years of professional working experience in an HR environment.
- Typically, this position requires at least 3+ years of HR Generalist / HRBP-related experience and a breadth of HR knowledge and skills in various fields.
- Experience working in global or international organizations.
- Business Acumen (understanding how the business works from customers and markets to operations and financial points of view) in creating value for TE
- HR Functional Expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations (Works Councils, Unions, labor in various countries)
- Experience with Organization Design and Talent and Management Development
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to present confidently.
- Experience with project management and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $128,900 - $193,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
