Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an Innovation Partner. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our digital center of excellence, IT, segments, and business units. Your primary objective will be to understand the needs and challenges of internal business unit stakeholders, identify opportunities for innovation and scalable digital solutions, and effectively communicate and market the center’s capabilities to your stakeholders to increase adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, client/stakeholder relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of digital and data technologies and capabilities. This individual must also demonstrate proficiency in navigating and leading challenging discussions on prioritizing initiatives, KPI definitions, and enterprise project planning and execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders across various organizational business units and functions.
  • Lead the assessment, socialization, prioritization, and planning of strategic efforts. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, priorities, and operational readiness to develop digital capabilities and go-to-market plans.
  • Actively listen to internal stakeholders' needs, challenges, and pain points, and identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on how digital solutions can address their business objectives and deliver value.
  • Align diverse stakeholders around common objectives to create a unified digital vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with internal digital team members to develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos to showcase digital solutions' capabilities and potential impact.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of digital solutions to internal stakeholders, addressing their concerns and objections and gaining buy-in and support for proposed initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation and transformation best practices, and proactively share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, with at least ten years of experience in those disciplines, is preferred. A master's degree is also preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business engagement, client partner, or account manager role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused organization.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to customer experience, B2B e-commerce, personalization, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client and stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational innovation and change, including change management.
  • Portfolio experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experience

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $158,960 - $238,440 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
