Job Overview

The Contact Center Associate is a vital role designed to provide best in class HR Services Contact Center support to TE. This position is responsible for the intake and resolution of inquiries made by TE employees. The Associate delivers high quality and efficient service to each customer and ensures customer satisfaction. This position reports to a Contact Center Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Focus Areas for the Role

  • Resolution Centricity: Demonstrates ability to resolve customer inquiries through a deep knowledge of TE HR processes and the proper channels for escalation of cases and inquiries
  • Detail Oriented: Focuses on thoroughly and comprehensively completing task
  • Customer Connection:  Ensures that the end customer achieves the optimal solution through professionalism a strong understanding of the information at hand
  • Global-Local: Understands local environments and is able to provide localized support

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/HR FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Professional Experience: Required: 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Education:  Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and good writing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Proficient keyboard and other basic IT skills
