Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) business unit is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Professional to join the Global Supply Chain Transformation team. This is a fully remote position with some travel to the Headquarters in Pennsylvania, and other US sites.


The AD&M Supply Chain Global Transformation Analyst will work with the plant level Supply Chain teams while working directly for the AD&M Global Supply Chain Team. In this role you will be required to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Strategic Sourcing & Operations. This position is key to the success of the AD&M business as we transform our Supply Chain to meet the demand of our customers. 


The AD&M Supply Chain Global Transformation team will lead transforming our Supply Chain, improving processes & maintaining them going forward. The person who joins our team will be someone who challenges the status quo and is always motivated to pursue positive change.


What You will be doing in this role: 

  • Lead & support Supply Chain Improvement projects across all of ADM 
  • Create and execute change management across the Supply Chain organization
  • Own and support key central Supply Chain processes centrally 
  • Develop & support processes improvements that exemplify our One Supply Chain vision
  • Analyze & interpret KPIs to identify trends and area of focus
  • Cleanse & transform large sets of data to provide clear actionable insights 
  • Investigate & identify root causes to provide guidance and future actions 
  • Build centralized tools & dashboards to provide easy & uniform access
  • Complete Standard work training & documentation  
  • Travel domestically & internationally as needed (10-20%)
  • Other duties as assigned. 

What your background should look like:

  • An undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar 
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience 
  • Ability to balance multiple projects & objectives
  • Self-driven
  • Strong understanding of Material Resource Planning systems
  • SAP Experience & Understanding of SAP material master fields
  • Experience with pull replenishment systems 
  • Continuous improvement & Lean Manufacturing experience 
  • Data Visualization Skills (Power BI / Tableau)
  • Ability to analyze, cleanse & transform large set of data 
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analytics
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel 
  • Power Query & DAX expressions knowledge
  • Responsive, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • APICS / ASCM (Preferred)

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,600 – $118,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
