We’re looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager for the Americas East Coast to accelerate growth, expand design wins, and deepen customer relationships with local OEMs and ODMs.

What your background should look like:
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required.
• Experience: Proven track record of design win success in Industrial applications
• Market Knowledge: In-depth expertise in Americas customer base in the East Coast including OEM/ODM dynamics and design cycles.
• Skills:
• 10+ years in technical sales, business development, or account management within semiconductors or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $164,000-$246,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
