TE Connectivity in Mechanicsburg, PA is looking for an EHS Analyst to lead the development, review, approval, interpretation and implementation of safety rules, programs, orders, policies, standards, guides and documents. Identify and communicate EHS issues to TE management, contractor management and other stakeholders. Assist in the resolution of issues. Partner with local leadership team to build positive engagement and a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Champion employee empowerment to identify and address safety concerns, and generate new ideas related to safety and health. Develop, implement and sustain TE employee involvement programs such as project teams, committees, and internal training. Create and maintain reporting mechanisms for site level safety efforts and results. Coordinate and partner with the HR Dept. to improve and sustain employee morale and safety ownership. Provide immediate first aid and coordinate with health care providers for injuries. Lead plant and/or department level EHS audits, self-assessments and inspections. Lead plant incident and plant non-conformance investigations and ensure closure of corrective actions. Ensure relevant safety and environmental compliance records are maintained for completeness and verify accuracy of records. Create, implement, manage, and maintain all plant safety programs to include LOTO, Hazardous Communication, Confined Space, and Cranes/Hoists. Obtain data and analyze injury/illness and safety non-conformance trends. Use data to establish action plans and goals for improvement. Lead and ensure required documentation emergency preparedness planning and response activities. Participate in defining, developing, and delivering safety training for employees. Conduct and/or coordinate internal and external inspections of the facility to assess and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, insurance and internal safety, environmental and health requirements. Ensure closure of identified non-conformances. Maintain OSHA log and other required records. Ensure compliance with all posting requirements. Manage workers’ compensation cases in partnership with HR. Requires 20% international travel.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Requires 2 years of experience with the following:
- CPR, First Aid and BBP (Bloodborne Pathogens).
- Safety Management in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
- Improving safety practices and occupational injury and/or illness reduction.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key safety and sustainability metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Leading internal audits and representing the site during corporate assessments, ensuring full compliance with legal and corporate EHS standards and enhancing the site's visibility and credibility at the global level.
- Promoting a strong safety and environmental culture, through targeted training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and active participation in corporate sustainability campaigns.
- Developing and implementing internal and global EHS policies across the Americas, aligning with corporate sustainability and safety goals, and driving operational consistency across regional distribution centers.
- Training in corporate operations and EHS standards.

Job Requirements
- Integrating reporting into existing business reporting systems to ensure employees, EHS teams, town hall meetings, etc. are informed of EHS performance, incidents, programs and initiatives; monitoring and report organizational safety performance against the TEOA Safety Tool.
- Maintaining a cadence of continuous improvement, effective problem solving and timely decision making; using technical knowledge, motivation and influencing principles to ensure TE EHS values, standards and behaviors are maintained.
- Propose, implement and use organizational EHS metrics that drive improvements in EHS performance, e.g. near hit reporting, behavioral safety scorecards, ergonomic assessment, risk assessment data, environmental permit data, hazard reporting, etc.
- Supporting the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of the EHS management system for the organization that meets the TE Safety Assessment for Effectiveness (SAFE) requirements, implements TE environmental sustainability programs, ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, TE policies and TE specifications and provides for continuous improvement in EH&S performance.
