Your main tasks

Customer Quality Management

  • Lead the investigation, analysis, and follow-up of customer complaints and returns.
  • Coordinate containment actions to protect internal and external customers.
  • Manage and track customer quality issues through Fast Response / Quick Response processes.
  • Prepare and present 8D reports, corrective actions, and customer communications.
  • Support customer meetings, audits, and portal management activities.
  • Monitor action plans and verify the effectiveness of corrective measures. 

Quality Systems & Core Tools

  • Create, maintain, and update Control Plans, QIPs, DQIPs, and related quality documentation.
  • Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DRBFM, and process validation activities.
  • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies and Reverse Audits.
  • Lead internal, customer, and VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5 audits.
  • Support new product launches, process changes, and industrialization projects.

Production Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with non-conformance management procedures.
  • Identify quality risks and stop production when necessary to protect the customer.
  • Drive shopfloor quality routines, Gemba activities, and process monitoring.
  • Support containment plans and validation of corrective actions for production issues.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and report quality KPIs, including COPQ, Customer Complaints, Response Time, Blocked Stock, and Customer Satisfaction indicators.
  • Participate in problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as PDCA and 8D.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, defect prevention, and reduction of non-quality costs.
  • Support safety, ergonomics, and 5S initiatives within the plant

Your ideal bakcground

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, APQP).
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PPSR).
  • Understanding of quality documentation, including Control Plans and QIPs.
  • Basic metrology and measurement knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience with automotive quality standards and customer audits is an advantage.
