YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • Define, structure, and maintain system, functional, and non-functional requirements derived from vehicle architectures and customer needs
  • Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability from vehicle to system, sub-system, and product level
  • Translate Voice of Customer (VoC), architecture inputs, and technical concepts into clear and verifiable requirements
  • Manage requirement changes and perform impact analysis across programs and development phases
  • Collaborate closely with System Architects and Concept Engineers to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Support customer engagements, workshops, and technical discussions focused on system behavior and functional expectations
  • Act as the interface between Architecture, R&D, Product Management, and Sales for all requirements-related topics

 

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in system engineering, requirements engineering, or product/advanced development
  • Strong understanding of vehicle or industrial systems, ideally within E‑Mobility or electrification
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
  • Strong systems thinking and attention to detail with a structured, disciplined work approach
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear and implementable technical requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and business units
