Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Distribution Management teams drive profitable growth and market expansion through strategic engagement with electronic distribution partners, customers, and regional sales organizations.
This EMEA ICT Regional Distribution Leader is responsible for leading the EMEA distribution strategy to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen TE ICT’s competitive position across the Distribution network. This role leads a team of Channel Sales Managers and serves as a key commercial partner across regional sales leadership, the ICT business unit, channel business unit, ICT operations, and distributor leadership.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional and channel owned distributor go-to-market strategies focused on ICT product, driving demand creation, optimizing distributor performance, and positioning TE ICT technologies and solutions for long-term growth. The role also owns ICT regional POP and POS forecasting and business planning by distribution partner.
Success in this role requires strong commercial distribution leadership, creativity and collaboration with channel partners, strategic planning, and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the ICT business.
This position reports to the Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT) Global Distribution Sales Director.
Your main tasks:
- Lead regional ICT Distribution growth through market-based sales strategies, distributor alignment, competitive inventory positioning, and demand creation initiatives in partnership with our channel teams.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of ICT Channel Sales Managers to drive execution excellence and regional growth objectives.
- Build and grow relationships with key distribution partners to strengthen TE ICT’s market position and accelerate growth opportunities.
- Own regional ICT distribution forecasting and business planning by distribution partner, partnering with finance, ICT operations, and distributor leadership to improve demand visibility, inventory alignment, and visibility into replenishment strategy.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs/QBUs) with Platinum and High Service distributors to drive accountability for growth, pipeline development, inventory strategy, and market penetration.
- Drive Extraordinary Customer Experience and strengthen engagement across distributor branch networks and channel field sales teams.
- Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to support product strategy, application growth, and regional investment priorities.
- Support commercialization efforts for New Product Introductions (NPI) and emerging technologies across targeted customer segments and growth applications.
- Drive pipeline growth, conversion, and forecast discipline through effective pipeline management
- Optimize distributor inventory and stocking strategies to support customer demand, and long-term regional growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement across the regional distribution organization.

- Experience developing regional business plans, forecasting models, and growth strategies
- Knowledge of TE Connectivity technologies, products, and served markets preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
