Job Overview

 

The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization was established as part of the HR team’s journey through digital transformation. Become a key project team member as we begin to implement Payroll & Time & Attendance as part of our global HR system using SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Implementation Partner and will be responsible for ensuring the design meets in country needs for Payroll. Additionally, they will work with our product support & HR services teams to establish support processes post go live.
The role will also work closely with our business process leads to establish best practices, identify & implement systems & process improvements for Payroll.

What your background should look like:

 

  • Responsible for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF-ECP)
  • Key Project Team Member for the phased implementation of Payroll & T&A in 8 countries over a 3-year period across EMEA, AMER, & APAC regions working closely with our implementation partner
  • Provides expertise in the design, development and implementation of our Global HRIS system & applications.
  • Partner closely with our HR Services & Solutions team & local country payroll teams to provide product knowledge & solutions.
  • Streamline & continuously improve system configuration for Payroll & Time
  • Research solutions to support HR programs and processes.
  • Partners with IT, HR and business to ensure effective use of methodologies and communication of test strategies, test results and performance through testing teams
  • Documents system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
  • Contributes to training program development and provides Tier 3 end-user support. Partners with COE’s & Shared Services on enhancements, new rollouts, etc.
  • Troubleshoots production issues, including problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.
  • Release Process Management
  • Audits and reviews change within HRIS to ensure proper controls and separation of duties and assists in establishing new controls, as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison with IT (Internal & External) on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support.
  • Works with external vendors and other service providers to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely exchange of information.

 

What we look for:

 

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data management
  • Experience with HR Systems configuration, administration and reporting (SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll)
  • SAP Payroll, or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) administration– ideally accredited or in the process of working towards accreditation.
  • Candidate should ideally have been experience in at least 1 previous SAP or SF Payroll implementation
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central (desired)
  • Experience in time recording, management & evaluation desired (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.
  • Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
