What your background should look like:

The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization was established as part of the HR team’s journey through digital transformation. Become a key project team member as we begin to implement Payroll & Time & Attendance as part of our global HR system using SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.

Working closely with our Implementation Partner the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the design meets in-country needs.  Additionally, they will work with our product support & HR services teams to establish support & maintenance processes post-go live.

The role will also work closely with our business process leads to establish best practices and identify & implement systems & process improvements for Payroll & T&A processes.


Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as our Global Product Owner for WorkForce Software / SAP Success Factors Time and Attendance Management
  • Presenting best practices, creating current and future state process flows as needed, & recommending solutions,
  • Gathers & documents requirements, performs system configuration, creates test strategies, scenarios, and scripts for all phases of the time and attendance life cycle
  • Ensure data integrity between SuccessFactors EC & WorkForce T&A by querying and analyzing the data passing back and forth between systems.
  • Acts as a liaison with IT (Internal & External) on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support.
  • Troubleshoots production issues, including problem research and analysis, and performs steps for resolution.
  • Contributes to training program development and provides Tier 3 end-user support. Partners with COE’s & Shared Services on enhancements, new rollouts, etc.
  • Works with external vendors and other service providers to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely exchange of information.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience or experience in system configuration/administration and data management
  • Deep knowledge of Time Recording, Time Evaluation, and Workforce Planning processes. Localized knowledge of multiple country-specific processes & legislation is an advantage in particular US, Germany, France, China 
  • SAP Workforce Planning Analytics (WFA/WFP) Administration – ideally accredited or in the process of working towards accreditation.
  • The candidate should ideally have experience in at least 1 previous global/regional implementation
  • Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) / SAP HCM Payroll (desired)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
